Position Summary: Our Associate Director of Resource Development drives our fundraising initiatives and strengthens donor relationships. This dynamic role is ideal for an exceptionally organized self-starter with a passion for our mission. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Associate Director plays a pivotal role in fundraising and ensuring the seamless operation of our development department.
